Great Customer Service / Compassionate Employees The employees at Beachwaver showed great compassion in allowing a return past the return period when they understood that return within the time frame was impossible due to almost a month hospitalization and, now, no need for the product. Next purchase of great hair care equipment will come from Beachwaver.

I had the best customer service experience with Beachwaver! I absolutely love my iron, but unfortunately the clip broke on it. I contacted Beachwaver's customer service about the fixing the iron and they responded immediately! I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient they were at responding to emails with instructions and for how streamlined they made the process. My issue was resolved within days of first contact and I had a replacement iron in my hand in less than a week!! This is honestly the best customer service experience I've ever had! Not only do I love my iron ( I'm incompetent at using a regular iron that I need to twist the hair around myself lol), but the customer service is impeccable! Thank you for making this process so easy and for making sure that I didn't have to go another weekend without my iron!! :)

I did not receive my most recent subscription delivery and I got in contact with customer service. I got a quick response and they checked the tracking and when that did not bring about the package they sent out a new delivery right away and they even helped me get a refund on shipping! Sarah M. did a great job and helped me resolve my problems quickly and easily.

I love my curling iron I think it’s so pretty it’s so easy to use. I’ve had it for about three months and my clip broke. I called the company and they were so quick to replace it for me because it’s covered under warranty for one year so I really appreciate their customer service.
