There is NO customer service. Literally just don’t even pretend. Not worth risking your money with a company that leaves you unsupported and ignored.

BUYER BEWARE. I ordered the size beachwaver in the video. Nowhere on the site does it show if the item is on sale, no returns. I did not get the size I ordered. I received a teeny, tiny barrel. That will do nothing for my long, thick hair. I contacted their customer service dept and they said no return, refunds. I explained I did not get what I ordered. They don't care. I wonder if a class action suit is in order.

Read the fine print on this company. They consider any item on a 30% discount or lower, “FINAL SALE” and non refundable. They charge a 15% restocking fee and no return shipping IF they deem that an iron is faulty within 30 days. 30 days begins from when they ship the product- Not from when you start using the iron! There are pages of people leaving reviews with their $199 curling iron breaking suddenly with no recourse-like me! This is bad business at its best, and criminal at it’s worst. I wish I had never fallen for their glossy advertising. It looks like that is where most of their money goes. Do businesses really think they can survive with zero customer service, or do they plan to sucker just enough people that they don’t care? Thank you for reading.

I purchased a 280 package and ups accidently delivered to someone else. I spoke to ups they confirmed and when they went back the package was gone. This was all two weeks before Christmas ups and I have called the company everyday and no one will answer. I've emailed repeatedly done all the forms and here it's a few days before Christmas and I have nothing for my daughter. I am so irrate and hurt that this company advertises repeatedly in Facebook and so on and can sure get right on charging your cars but when it comes to responding they won't now I have to go through hassle of doing a claim on my card. So upset!

Aside from home button causing constant threat of dangerous automatic curling, the device stopped rotating in less than a year. Dissapointed.

I was excited to try to this product because I'm terrible at curling my hair with traditional flat or round irons. Unfortunately, the classic Beachwaver I got straight up didn't work - it straightened my hair rather than curling it. I requested to return the item, and while my return was accepted I was not only expected to pay for return shipping but also was charged a fee for my refund - for a product that DIDN'T WORK! I highly recommend avoiding this company, there are plenty of other curling irons out there that are effective and trustworthy.
