Horrible Horrible company. Takes forever to get a tracking number and then it takes forever to get it. Newest tracking info hasn't updated in 4 days, shipping company says talk to seller but it takes 5 days to hear from the company and all they say is "Thank you for ordering" no answers or anything. Paid for 3-5 day shipping they changed it to 5-7 days shipping and if tracking is right it will take 21 days from my order date to get my product. This company should be shut down if they can't do what the say they will. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Literally does not work. I've tried all sorts of outlets, nothing. It turns on, shows the temp, then flashes and beeps and turns off. What a waste of money.

Bought the Catwalk BOGO, 1” & 1.25” for $99. I have longer, thick hair and in order to get my hair to fit in the tiny clamp, I had to use very small pieces. This ended up taking forever to curl all my hair. Also, there is definitely a learning curve in figuring out how to use this thing. I can curl much faster with my standard curling iron. Requested a refund and it was rejected because it was a special sale. Now I’m out $99 and have two useless curling irons. Wish I would have read more reviews on this company before making this purchase.

Ordered a curling iron on Nov 23. The very next day they website started free shipping. I asked that my $10 shipping charge be refunded for customer courtesy since it was just one day difference. The answer was NO (had I known that free shipping was to start the next day, I would have waited one day to place my order). This $10 shipping charge is for USPS shipping and it’s now Dec 2 and I still have not received my product although it’s in route. So it will end up costing me $10 shipping for over a week delivery when the product finally arrives and it’s only coming from Illinois to Texas!!! Never again will I order from Beachwaver.com. Disappointing customer relations!!

I ordered this curling iron on 11/11 for my daughter's birthday on 11/26. It did not arrive until 11/28. After we received it, she was so excited to try it out. However it did not work at all. Plugged in & curling iron tried to turn on & started to heat up , but then turns itself off. Tried multiple times in multiple outlets & still would not work. Couldn't be any more disappointed. Returning it is not an option (which I should have researched better prior to ordering this), so we are trying to get a replacement. Have tried to call the company multiple times over the last week, but it says no one is available. I wish I had just stuck with ordering on amazon instead of taking a chance on this company. Would give it 0 stars if that were an option both on the product & on the company.

Worse customer service they never get back to you I placed an order 3 of them trying to get in contact with them is the worse ever

Do not order from this company.. they are a scam.. it's been over 3 weeks.. no iron.. called customer service and nobody anwsers.. automated email responses with no anwsers.. fake tracking information.. this should be illegal..

I actually rate them 0 stars. They are frauds. All products say "Woman Owned". Well, then they give women owned business a bad name. I tried to make a legit return, they sent me an email with a return label and code advising it would be credited back to my credit card minus the shipping. The tracking number didn't work, they locked me out of my account, I reset the password and got in and could no longer see the order. The tracking number didn't work. Yes, there should be a class action law suit. I'll check into it.
