Truly disappointed. Curls last 1h max and the hairs were burned where you clip them. I should have read all these bad reviews before wasting 80£ for a useless product.

I was really excited to use this curler as I saw so many good reviews about it. I have never been able to find an appropriate and easy curler as I have thick straight hair. I thought this one would finally be the one but was not surprisingly, a disappointment. It didn’t create ‘beachy waves’ waves at all and instead created uneven subpar curls after 1 and a half hours of working with it. Tried it a second time and was the same result. The worse part is that I was unable to return it because it was a ‘discounted item’ which I think is unfair especially since the product is still so expensive and does not work at all for me. Finally got a response to one of my tickets only for someone from the customer service team to say that my ticket has been combined into one. Rather than spending that time resolving the issue they send that. I began this issue on December 8th and it is now January 13th. None of my tickets have been answered so it's safe to say they have ignored me with no further response. Absolutely terrible customer service and disappointing product. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Purchased end of November as a Christmas gift for myself from my Son. Used twice no problems, third time clamp broke and stopped working. I've sent numerous emails where I received a 'ticket'reference for customer service but no further replies. Left messages on the social media posts... No acknowledgement. Stuck with a £70 tong that can't be used. I want a refund. This was bought from my Son's first wages and so not acceptable..

So disappointed with this company. Apparently I have to keep the iron whether I like it or not. I wasted my husband’s hard earned money & it was his Christmas gift to me.

I ordered a product December 21, today is December 31 I’m still waiting for order status this is the answer from there “ customer service “ ( Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 6:00 am on December 29, 2022 in YORK, PA 17406. Please reach out to USPS to see what the ETA is. SO I HAVE TO REACH OUT USPS TO CHECK THE ORDER STATUS OF SOMETHING I ORDER TO THIS COMPANY!!! Ridiculous! Don’t waste your time and money ..they want you to do their job .. so my first and last time ordering something from this place! Sucks

I’m just gonna start out by saying horrible customer service, and horrible communication they’re very vague with the return policy. Please do not purchase anything from this company! Purchased a curling iron at full price because I wasn’t able to use the discount code received curling iron and wanted to return. It paid over $180 for the curling iron and they are telling me that it isn’t eligible for return. Also, the customer service number send you to a voicemail. What kind of company has a voicemail for customer service on the way to contact them just emailed it takes up to five days. I’m sorry even purchase is curling iron. I’m stuck with a $200 I’ll never use.

Horrible shipping! I ordered as a Chanukah gift on 11/28/22. It took 12 days from them to start the shipping process, at that point it was finally shipped through another horrible shipper, OSM shipping. It sat for 4 days in NV and then left to another location in NV where it sat for 3 days and now it’s been in GA for 3 days!! I have purchased and had shipped at least 20 items that were purchased the same day or after the Beachwaver and all my packages have arrived already. I always shop small business because it’s so important for the economy, but unfortunately this company must cut corners so much that it takes 12 days to ship something out and then use the worst shipping company. Sad for them, but I will never recommend buying from this company again.
