Customer service the the worst I have ever encountered. Purchased Beachwaver, broke returned it and been months nothing back, hour long chat that no one ever responded, 30 min phone call apologized stated order would be sent, two weeks later nothing, now told it was shipped but no tracking so need to wait two weeks. This started in June now Sept 26th. Dont waste you money on this product there are many other options

Do NOT buy one of these cheap dangerous products. Suffered 2nd degree burns!! I couldn’t go out in weeks! Had to receive medical treatment I now plan to take them to court. Crap customer service offered a refund and 200 dollars credit vouchers! No thanks if never buy from them again. I’m going after compensation! Pictures available on request! You will be absolutely shocked if you saw them.

This is completely a waste of money as you will end up doing wierd curls which will not even last an hour and I almost ended up buring my hair and could see the fumes. The quality of the barrel is extremely cheap. I asked them for the refund and they said they can’t take this product back. It was extremely disappointing and I would really request everyone to not buy this product if they want to save their hard earned money.

AVOID! Received faulty item, when I 1st contacted for a refund when they eventually replied they said I couldnt have a refund as it was in the sale. Pointed out UK law and theyve used every excuse. Now Im expected to return at a cost of £38!! I will keep fighting this via PayPal as its unacceptable

I wish I could give it zero stars. This company is crooked asf. I’m so upset that I want to send every single item I got from them back. (Even the ones that were good) I ordered a curling iron from them recently during their sale. The box came SMASHED. But that was just the outside package so I figured no worries it’s probably fine. The box the iron was in wasn’t damaged. Wellllllll. I used the iron TWICE. Once on my own hair and once on my daughter. Both times put it back in the box when I was done. I usually do that with new items especially hair tools. Just for a little while. But anyways I go to use the waver the other day and the clamp all of a sudden wasn’t holding my hair very well so I take a look at it and one side of the screw that holds it on there slid out of the plastic piece. The plastic is not broken. Nor the screw. It looks like it simply just slid out. So I do the warranty thing they said they’re sending a new one, I’m happy. I’ve been waiting days for this new one only to find they’re waiting for me to send the old one back FIRST AND for them to receive it before they Willl send a replacement!!!! ARE YOU JOKING?! I already waited once and have been inconvenienced by all of this having to go through the process basically all over and I’ve wasted time bc they never told me I had to send old one back first which is quite odd if you ask me bc why do you need a defective device back so badly? Are they fixing ones like this one and sending them back out USED to other customers as new? Bc that’s disgusting. I’m so upset bc I loved the curler but I want nothing to do with any of this. Don’t buy from this company please

Horrible I ordered July 15th it is now august 9th and when it first shipped it got lost and returned to sender so I emailed them and they had it reshipped then when it got close to my house it automatically returned to sender AGAIN! So of course I had to email and get a refund! I would never buy from here again such a hassle.

Absolutely do not buy from them , product doesn’t meet expectations and refuse to take return the tactic they use is inflate the product price and pretend to be on huge sale price and tell you because it’s on a final sale they will not take it back ! Buy from a trustworthy retailer instead !!

I wish I could say my experience was really good with this company. Unfortunately not! The customer service is lacking. I was not happy with my purchase and I was not even looking for a refund but a credit and they would not do anything. So be 100 percent sure you want the product because good luck if you think the company will make it right. They would rather lose a client.
