Later that day during the afternoon, my son mentioned that he prefers another color of the shorts I already purchased (bought white, son wanted black/same shorts, same model, same price )so I emailed Bodega asking if they could simply swap the shorts for the other color, and what do they do?! Respond with “your order was flagged by our watchdog software systems” huh? Why? The response I received from “Bobby” the “live support agent” (who was 0 help and rude) was, “THIS IS ALL THE INFORMATION WE WILL RELAY TO YOU, ANY FOLLOW UP WITH NOT BE ANSWERED” LOL SUCH A RESPECTFUL RESPONSE WITH A+ GRAMMAR! Someone get Bobby back on the floor greeting customers and folding clothes, his online customer service/dispute resolution skills are equivalent to my first graders. Needless to say I never got a legit follow up or anyone from Bodega reach out to me and see how they could help and save a longtime customer who’s spent thousands of dollars both in store and online. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE HONESTLY EVER RECEIVED AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IVE EVER FELT THE URGE TO ADVISE OTHERS TO DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.BODEGA PLEASE NOTE THAT IM MAKING IT MY MISSION TO PUT YOU ON BLAST FOR YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS ON EVERY SINGLE PLATFORM/SOCIAL MEDIA/REVIEW PAGE OUT THERE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL SEEK FURTHER SUPPORT FROM MY LAWYER REGARDING THE DISCRIMINATION AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS THAT I FACED DUE TO THIS COMPANY SIMPLY NOT WANTING TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME BECAUSE OF A SIMPLE QUESTION. Terrible customer service. Went with a friend first time and only allowed to buy one pair per group. It wasn't special release at all. It was sitting there for weeks. I seem people getting 2 pairs per person. How you are only allowed to buy one pair per group instead per person, is it better to go in separately? The employee was rude and disrespectful. If you give this service to customers, how it is not related to customer service? Experience was awful and not looking forward to visit again.

Bodega Illegal Business Practices Their policy on final sale items should be challenged in court. I just got off the phone with my lawyer and he thinks the Attorney General of Mass and Cali may agree with me. Screw you Bodega, coming hard at your talentless, mickey mouse, hide behind bs rules sneaker company.

I had absolutely no issues with Bodega at all. My PUMA box was ever so slightly dented but this was a craps shoot for me that payed off. I understand that Bodega has to make their dime. I could head on over to Cold World but my first package arrived in good condition and the shoes they had in stock were not easy to find. It was a solid experience for me.

Not great but did respond to my issues and resolved them.

Ordered through Bodega since I couldn’t get any Nocta stuff online in the UK but managed to secure stuff from here. After reading reviews AFTER my purchase I wasn’t hoping for the best but never had any issues with it - especially since ordering from the UK and receiving it within a week!! Will defo use Bodega again!

To say the least, i am dissapointed with their service, i receieved my Nike x Bodega 'Legend' and when i opened the shoe box, i found a pack of baseball cards containing a few different cards, then i look on the back on this one with a nike symbol on it, and it reads "Limited Edition Dunk Hi Congratulations!" and i was so happy, but once following all the steps on the back and emailing them, i received emails back from this very dismissive and rude person that was claiming that i had frauded the card and kept repeatedly saying "case is closed" after every email back and forth. And at the end of the day, this is completely not my fault and is a complete cock up on their end and i am ultimately suffering from it by not receiveing my shoes. To sum this up, don't shop from there.

Ordered a shirt and received an email after a week and a half that I was being refunded. No explanation further, so I asked what happened and they said the item was no longer in stock. Checked the website and they are still selling the shirt as if it is in stock. Terrible customer service, don’t waste your time and money here.
