I travel to multiple countries each year (i am retired) and have used esims for as long as they have been out. I love esims but typically I always have left over data once I leave a country and then have to buy another package for the next country I am in kinda leaving unused data on the table. This is why I was interested in Bcengi as you just pay as you go and it is world wide data. Was I China using Bcengi which worked fine but found when I crossed into Hong Kong could not get data. Sent Support a email and connected with Aliaksandra who sorted my issue promptly, she was great. Love Bcengi and it service.

Wowwww this will for shure my last Esim . The eSIM not only connects very easily to my last 2 networks (Malaysia and China), but the service of Bcengi agent Asya was also amazing. I received a response to my questions within just a few minutes. This was very different with other providers. Phew. Highly recommended.

I'm new to Bcengi. I wanted to password protect the esim on my phone but couldn't find what the original sim pin was. Aliaksandra picked up from the AI bot (who didn't know) and found the info in less than three minutes ( btw, it's 0000). Thanks Aliaksandra for a great service.
