First of all, i have to say that discovering Bicengi has been one of the best things for travelling. I no longer have to worry about fiddly sim cards and expiry dates. Secondly, I've had the wonderful Asya help me with transferring my esim to a new phone. Her help was prompt and clear. You are awesome, thank you!

I recently went on a 5 day 3 country trip. My Bcengi eSIM worked flawlessly in all countries. I’m not a huge data user but was much cheaper than my usual home provider. To beat it all I still have it set up for my next trip. I cannot praise it any higher.

This is the best eSim I have used for travelling. Unlike other eSims which require you to pick a country, length and amount of data, bcenGI is a world eSim with data that never expires. They simply bill you for the data you use based on the rate for the country you are in. We just returned from a 16 day trip to Budapest, Vienna and Prague and the eSim worked seamlessly. I was billed by KB of data used. Even after extensive use of Google maps and constantly sending pictures to my kids on WhatsApp I only used about $7 dollars of data. I would heartily recommend this eSim for anyone travelling.

The Bcengi support agent aliaksandra spent more than 3 hours troublesooting with me to find the connection problem. She was very helpful, calm and courteous in supporting a retired french traveling in Korea.👍👍

I've had problems connecting in various countries but the support I have received has been immediate and superb. The chatbot quickly passed me on to humans and they were super diligent and helpful. I would have given a 5 star rating except for the glitch my phone had connecting with a new network provider in each country. 'Well done' and 'thank you' to Albi and Aliaksandra.

A few months ago, I gave this company many compliments regarding their eSIM billing method and the significant savings they provide on international mobile communication costs. This time, I would like to specifically praise their customer service team. Due to some mistakes on my part, I ran into a database registration issue that made it very difficult to manage my family profile. It was a frustrating situation, and I had almost given up hope. However, the support representative, Aliaksandra, handled the issue with record speed and incredible courtesy. With a pleasant and kind attitude, she managed to fix the problem perfectly. This is truly a perfect company!
