25% restocking fee!!! :(
Ordered 4 tires. Received incorrect size. BB wheels is making ME pay 25% and return shipping. I am out nearly $200. Zero cooperation on their part. BUYERS BEWARE: 25% restocking and making me pay the return shipping is pathetic. TireRack and Discount Tire are so much more customer focused.
Response from BB WheelsSep 21, 2022
Anna, We do apologize for any invoice you may have during your order process. Unfortunately we did send you the tire you had ordered, and any returns which are not a mistake by BB Wheels will have return shipping and restocking fees applied which was agreed upon at the time of your transaction. If you need any further help do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. Thank you, BB Wheels

Fast service
Great communication, fast service. I ordered a Open Country II from website to replace a punctured tire which is obsolete. They automatically sent newer model III. The price was great. I would recommend buying from them

Good pricing
Good pricing, free shipping, a fair price for a 2 year road hazard warranty and my tires shipped out the next day. The tires I wanted were in stock and that was not the case with any of my local tire shops.
