Needed two new trailer tires for or 5th wheel, to match the back two that had to be replaced because of a blowout last fall out west. Got a couple of questions answered on chat, Nick sent me a email with a quote. Ordered Hercules 235 / 80R16 on Monday and received the tires on Wednesday , free shipping. And the lowest price I could find. Highly recommend doing business with BB Wheels !

Chat Session turned to excellent service
I have staggered wheels on my car that I was having difficulty matching. I opened a chat session and spoke with someone who emailed and called. He gave me a list of wheels that would fit and how to make sure that what I purchased would fit. I found the exact wheels i was looking for (i didn't know that, but it was the ones that jumped out and said "I'm the one!" I highly recommend this company. I

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!
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
