BB WheelsReviews of bbwheelsonline.com

When searching for new tires, I came across BBWheels as having the lowest price for the size I needed on my 2016 Suburban. About $25 less per tire than the other big online distributors. I actually had never even heard of them, but I'm a huge supporter of small business and everything just added up for me...literally! Their website was so easy to navigate and that's a huge factor. Overall, the ordering/purchasing process was a breeze and I'm pleased to say BBWheels will def be on my "go to" list in the future, Thanks guys

My rim came the next day! Super fast shipping….still waiting on my tires but I’m sure they will be here in the next day or so also. Very impressed with the quick shipping

Easy to order and Quick shipping. Only problem i had was with the shipper Fedex they were a day later in delivery with the 4th tire. Sad service!

Ordered wheels had question about not receiving invoice or shipping info. Immediately received a call from cust rep which resolved issue. Very good customer/vendor communication. Thanks

Here is a warning about buying online instead of local or if local BB Wheels will not back the product they . I live in Washington and bought $2500 in wheels and tires. When I got them and had them installed on of the tires had a flat spot in it and couldn’t be balanced. I drove it anyway and it would cause a bumping vibration at about 45 mph. After contacting BB Wheels they wanted a photo of balancing numbers on balancing machine. Then I had to send tire back to them. I couldn’t wait so I ordered another from someone that would have to me in 3 days. When it arrived I took to shop got the photo of numbers from bad tire and the numbers of new one that was good. Had to pay for removal and mount and balance again . Sent photo information to BB Wheels and got a response saying I had to pay shipping of bad tire back to manufacturer and they take 45 to 50 days to make a decision and if agreed it was bad they would send me another tire but I had to pay shipping again back to me. Here is the BIGGEST thing I can say about BB WHEELS , they have had to have been thru this several times before and this is the best answer they have ? And if I BOUGHT LOCAL the tire would have been replaced right at shop and no other charges (shipping, mounting, balancing) would have been charged. Big lesson BUY LOCAL and DEFINITELY DONT BUY FROM BB Wheels!!

Easy smooth checkout process
