Ordered a set of tires then got screwed…
Ordered a set of tires then got screwed over ordering the wrong one trying to return them they were going to charge me a 25% restock fee in order to get the right tires so I will never buy from them again terrible customer service

Your time is not worth the headache and the disrespect
Placed and order for about 1k worth. Poor communication ation from them. Asking client to call for confir.ation email, for Order updates is unacceptable. You need to act like you respect your clienta and their time . I will not recommend all the hassle for about $30 potential saving. My time is much more valuable And the response still shows 0 accountability because called and corrected the email and yet did not receive any updates.

This is the second pair of tires I purchased through BB Wheels. The experience has been well beyond my expectations. Price: Best I found by web surfing Shipping: Included Delivery. Second day the tires arrived, way beyond what I expected Cust Service: Exceptional I called in to place the second pair, and the guy on the phone found my info immediately, confirmed in stock, confirmed price, took card info, and adios! Cannot ask for more!
