BB WheelsReviews of bbwheelsonline.com

Great variety of wheels.good payment options

I’m located in FL and I was very impressed with the fact that my custom drilled wheels showed up only 6 days after I placed my order! Awesome wheels that fit and look great and even better customer service

Great price; fast shipping.

I ordered a set of 4 tires on September 20. They were supposed to arrive on September 25 but they didn’t. Only 3 of them arrived on September 26 and now I’m told I’m having to wait 5-10 business days for them to solve my issue on my 4th tire. If I would’ve known that it was going to be such a hassle to get a set of tires then I would’ve went somewhere different. Definitely will never use BBWHEELS again in my lifetime and will spread the word to everyone I know to not use them either.

Super easy shopping and checkout. Shipping was fast and flawless. Communication was excellent. Great experience

Hi, the service is just as important as the quality of the product you expect to receive. I would not do business with a team who is not patient or rude. I dealt with two sales persons and both were very helpful and patient with me, considering I had a hard time trying to explain my needs. The only small concern was phone calls going to voice message and the delay for the call back. Aside from that my experience was satisfactory and I would highly recommend BB wheels. BTW, their products are awesome and my truck looks amazing.

I purchased my wheels from this company and I am proud to say this is a wonderful company. The wheels arrived very fast and looked amazing. They were packaged very well too.
