The company bbwheels ships out defective tires and makes the customer jump through hoops for replacements. Even after providing all the pictures on the hunter road force balancing machine with an index of over 125 and they deem them defective themselves. Yet Their process to get warranty replacements is ridiculously stupid. Plus they want the customer to pay for everything. Yeah, Let me just tie up a shops lift for over a week plus tie up my daily driver work truck which they don’t reimburse anything for plus want to charge the customer shipping and any difference in price on the new tires. BBWHEELS has the worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and Never buy from them. This issue has not be resolved and it’s been since the first week of December 2023!

Your company was the only company that responded to my text message. I have looked at several other companies but no one seemed interested in helping me. A young man named Ian quickly responded and helped answer my question. I then called and spoke to a salesman named Nate. He help me with my purchase. Fast, prompt and very friendly. The price I loved and can't wait to get my wheels on my truck.

Odd size tire at a good price and fast shipping.

The tires arrived without issue. I will say that the shipping information was sent to fed ex several days in advance of the tires so that is frustrating. Also I found a much better price locally after I ordered the tires so I don’t necessarily feel I got a great deal. The advertised free shipping costs somewhere in the neighborhood of 20.00 so it’s not bad but it’s also not free.
