Pretty good customer service
I placed an order for wheels a few days ago thinking they’d fit. When I emailed customer service to double check, Nate advised me that they wouldn’t fit and helped me change my order before they were shipped out. He also helped me find the tires I wanted. I never received a confirmation email for my order for the tires so I spoke with Austin via chat and he was able to fix it manually so my order went through. Overall, everyone was very helpful and I’m super excited for everything to get here!

STEER CLEAR!!
STEER CLEAR!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!! order from a reputable site! BB’s website and sales rep Nate said the wheels would fit. They do not fit and when I called BB an incredibly rude “customer service” person named Sandra immediately told me this is not their problem and that I could buy spacers from them. I emailed her proof of my convo with Nate and she didn’t care. She couldn’t even be bothered to spell my name right. This company could care less about selling you the correct product. Save yourself the hassle. Order from someone else!

Prescott, We’re sorry to hear you had a negative experience at our store. Our goal is always to provide excellent customer service, so we’re disappointed that we didn’t meet your expectations. Please know we are currently looking into this matter for you to see what the resolution can be. Thank you, BB Wheels
