Service was great!
Service was great. Andy answered all my questions and took my order on the spot. Product arrived in great shape. Installation went smooth, too. I would recommend BB Wheels! Quick note to BB Wheels, maybe update the title of the item to show it is for the full vehicle, not just the cargo area.

Sold me wheels that didn't fit (and damaged my new car) and are refusing to take them back and refund me. I am about to sue these lying, unethical and evil scum. DO NOT BUY FROM BB WHEELS

We sincerely apologize that your experience with our product did not meet your expectations. At BB Wheels, we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. We understand how frustrating this situation must be. As we previously mentioned, we offered you the option to send the product in for a warranty inspection, which is a necessary step to determine if there is an underlying issue. While we respect your decision not to pursue this option, it limits our ability to address the problem directly. We remain committed to helping you resolve this matter. Should you reconsider and wish to proceed with the warranty process, please don't hesitate to reach out. Our team is here to support you every step of the way. Thank you, BB Wheels
