We purchase all items for our BBQ project with BBQGrills. It was a big order with multiple items, including an expensive Grill. I was initially hesitant to order so many items online, but I had a chance to speak with Ryan (owner and CEO) over the phone and I immediately felt confident with this company. Ryan was very kind and dedicated a lot of time listening to what we want and needed, he made great recommendations and helped us to save substantial amount of money in this project. I placed my order during thanksgiving weekend of 2023, very busy period of the year for shipment/delivery. We received almost all items before Christmas. Items were delivered without any damage. Unfortunately, one item was missing but Ryan and Kaylee were excellent with us, helping us to understand what happened and shipped us a replacement. We also had to return an item and their policies for returns are wonderful. It is a family business and sometimes they may need time to get back to you, but they always answered us back. I felt very pleased with Ryan and extremely thankful for Kaylee’s dedication and care. We recently placed a second order with them and I plan to continue using BBQGrills for tools and accessories. I highly recommend this company and wish Ryan tons of success and prosperity, so he can keep serving us with such excellence. Thank you!

Had an issue with the bag size of the lump charcoal I ordered. The owner actually emailed me and sent a new order straight away. They know how to recover service if something is not right! What more can you ask?

I bought my Sabre gas grill from BBQGrills.com about 1 year ago. I chose this grill only because it fit the existing opening in my existing summer kitchen. Not only did it fit perfectly but the quality of the product far exceeded my expectation. Price was fair delivery was prompt and included. I use it 3-4 times a week and the performance is excellent. Can cook everything from steak to pizza to a whole turkey.

Navigation for what I was looking for was easily done and while I wish the prices were a little better I did pay a fair price for the item/items that I purchased. Product was quality product and checkout was easily done as well.

Great customer service and help selecting the right equipment for our backyard kitchen

Having ordered my Memphis Grill during Apr of 2021 (mid-Covid) created its own challenges. I didn't receive the grill until Jan 2022. Ryan Maltbie was great to work with and very communicative. So, thank you for that. The grill, however, is very particular and is very difficult to fire up. When it finally starts (sometimes taking 20 minutes of smoke before the ignitor flames up), it does heat up fast and cooks great. Also, the screen has to be rebooted, nearly every time I use the grill. This is somewhat disappointing for a $5k+ grill.
