Terrible experience
After months of research into moissanite, I placed my order with BBB Gem. After receiving my ring (through regular, uninsured mail, I might add) I was thrilled. It was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, that didnt last long. 70 days after receiving my ring, one of the 4 prongs holding my stone broke completely from the ring and my stone was lost. After emailing the company (as there is no phone number provided) and providing the photos they requested, they would not standy by their craftsmanship. I was told I shouldn't have worn the ring for "manual labor such as house work or taking bath". (My ring was never worn during physical activity.) They told me I would have to buy a replacement stone and have a local jeweler make the repairs. However, the link they provided for a "discounted replacement stone" was not a working link. Faulty craftsmanship, terrible customer service. Would never recommend.

Thanks for your review. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience caused. If the ring was worn under a collision or hooked clothes something accidentally,the prongs might be broken as they are tiny. Return is not acceptable in principle over 30 days and this order has passed 70 days,however,we still would like to help you,we offered 2 solutions: 1.You can send it back to us and we'll fix it for you.The buyer should pay for the replacement fee on the lost gem,due to the center stone was lost and it's a expensive stone. Also, buyers are responsible for shipping costs back and forth. 2.We can offer you a moissanite in same size and you can have it fixed at your local jewelry shop which will be much faster and easier. But you should pay for the new stone. Unfortunately,you didn't accept one of them. The link we provided is a working link,may be you copied it more with the blank which behind the link. So it didn't work. Every beautiful piece needs to be taken good care of. Sorry again.
