BbbgemReviews of bbbgem.com

Great product and custom order fulfilled exactly how she wanted.

Simple ordering, and very helpful customer service people. The ring is beautiful and the fiancee is very happy, she can NOT stop looking at it!

Excellent customer service and quick to respond to any questions.

Great everything they said they would do they did .Great ring, my fiance is very happy

High quality beautiful ring! I am so pleased with my experience with Bbbgem! It was hard to make the decision to purchase a custom ring without seeing and trying it on, however the customer service was so great that I felt comfortable purchasing online without seeing the ring in person. I would highly recommend Bbbgem! Beautiful jewelry and wonderful costumer service!

Great ring. Very shines, well made, sparkly, she loved it.

Despite the time of year that I ordered, and the warning that it would take up to 60 days to arrive, the product arrive well before the deadline. The company is quick to respond to questions, willing to do what ever they can to ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver quality products. I am most pleased with their customer service, even more than the product itself.

Beautiful as expected! Great communication with photos and drawings. Thank you!!
