Ordered an engagement ring and it never arrived. Contacted customer support and they said it was still on its way. This was months ago and still no ring. Absolute scam of a site, do not trust.

They lied about the item being shipped. I had to start a dispute on PayPal to get them to finally send my ring.

First of all terrible communication through email only, very vague answers, still haven't revived my product. They do not understand they are in the proposal business or they simply don't care, "expedited order fee' is a scam, poor craftsmanship because as they told me "gem was falling out", go to a real jeweler and don't waste your time

Sorry but BBGEM was a horrible experience. They guaranteed a 7-10 day delivery so I ordered a piece of jewelry in plenty of time for it to arrive by Christmas. I just received it today....almost halfway through January. I would suggest to avoid this company.

Wrong color and late for the wedding. I put a rush order on it and paid extra for shipping and I did not get what I was looking for. I would shop elsewhere if I were you

Within a month and a half the ring we purchased was falling apart. The “silver” began chipping off. She ensured the ring was removed anytime she came into contact with water or it could be potentially harmed. We contacted customer service and they said the ring should only last two to three months, we cared for it improperly, and the refused to refund us then stopped replying all together. Don’t waste your money here, go to Etsy and find a seller with a high rating instead.

The ring is beautiful but to sad the ring i ordered is not even round!!!!
