Amazing Costumer Service, great quality for the price. Me and my fiance loved the design and I would definitely recommend it to all of my guy friends looking to tie the knot.

I'm currently living in Japan and couldn't find the engagement ring I was looking for, after weeks of searching I finally found it. I was nervous since it was in the USA and I had no idea how long it would take to get here, especially with the pandemic going on at the moment, but Bbbgem came through. The staff was super helpful and the emails between us were comfortable and casual, they confirmed everything before starting the order, and the entire process up untill delivery didnt take more than 3 weeks. I mean, less that 3 weeks to create the perfect ring and securely send it from the US to a small town in the middle of Japan during C19, amazing! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks for your great work Bbbgem!

My order for an engagement ring was processed and only took them a couple weeks to prepare for shipment! Bbbgem had a representative that let me updated on the status of my order and we’re prompt when I had to make an address change. Great experience ordering a very special piece of jewelry from them!

This Ring is perfect. I originally thought the ring a small but once placed on her finger it was perfect. She fell in love with me all over again.

Ring came out great! Delivered on time :)
