Hi Melanie, I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you've been experiencing with posting your free ad. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after being a long-time supporter of BAEN. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. I can guide you through on how to post your ad with the free coupon code. I'm emailing you now. Best regards, Nico

Hi Cat. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the updated BAEN site. I understand how frustrating it can be when something you once enjoyed becomes difficult to use, especially on a smartphone. Regarding your ads, it's concerning that you haven't received any responses. I'd like to help troubleshoot that. If you'd like, I can take a closer look at your ads or assist you in any other way to improve their visibility. Is there a phone number/email I could contact you at? I'm here to help, so please let me know how we can improve your experience. Best regards, Nico
