Problems correcting loading advertisement as well as errors and lack of response from support staff.
Could not load my own advertisement. Had to rely on someone at BAEN who worked up a Draft that have issues in need of correction that I still can't do myself and have had no success getting a response from the rep, Joan Francisco. My most recent attempt in getting Joan's attention was on the 18th of December and I followed up with a phone call to the number list in her email Signature ((925) 495-1009). FYI - its dates of experience not just one date of experience as this has been ongoing since I first reached out November 25th.
