I really appreciated Joan’s assistance with my ad.

I wrote an ad, gave my card info, etc, and am not able to look up my business listing at all. I can see my old expired listing from much earlier this year, but not the one I just paid $250 for.

Barn charged me without letting me complete my ad.

BAEN offers a lot of reach for the money! I have been happy with the response that I have received from my ads. While not as quickly as I would have thought, they DID get back to me every time I had a question, and they answered me in a helpful way.

As a Senior, I find their website extremely difficult to navigate; for example, my Ad. for a horse to Lease, ended up in quite the wrong subject. i WILL say, the original site; from many years ago, was manageable for me. ...more intuitive!!

Great site for equestrians

Could not load my own advertisement. Had to rely on someone at BAEN who worked up a Draft that have issues in need of correction that I still can't do myself and have had no success getting a response from the rep, Joan Francisco. My most recent attempt in getting Joan's attention was on the 18th of December and I followed up with a phone call to the number list in her email Signature ((925) 495-1009). FYI - its dates of experience not just one date of experience as this has been ongoing since I first reached out November 25th.
