Good Morning Lewis, Thank you for taking time to review our business. Your order was received on March 16 for a Tivoli Audio Music System. This item was not in stock at the time your order was received. We post our lead times within the items product for reference prior to placing an order. In your case, we estimated your order would ship "Late March" In addition, your order confirmation that we emailed you stated your order is estimated to ship "Late March" We post these estimated lead times to provide you with an idea as to when to expect your order to ship and we can only assume this messaging is read and approved prior to placing an order. Lead times are ALWAYS estimates because we are importing goods from all over the world and transit times and customs clearances can vary and is normal. On the 23rd of March you emailed us customer service team and requested an update. Our reply is below: Good Morning Lewis, Thank you for contacting us and for your order. I've attached your order confirmation which advises your order is expected to ship in late March. This is also communicated on the item's product page here. We are expecting these to ship shortly and will provide tracking as soon as it's en-route to you. If you prefer to cancel your order, please advise and we can do so provided it has yet to ship. I hope this information is helpful and welcome any additional questions you may have. On the 27th of March we also spoke via telephone advising your order would ship when the items arrive into our warehouse. We also offered the opportunity to cancel your order however you requested us to keep your order in placed ship when available. The item you ordered officially arrived April 3 and we processed and shipped your order April 6 due to the Easter Holiday weekend. Our communication was clear, responsive and we processed your order as advertised. We also offered several times to issue a refund in full should our terms not suit to which you advised you’d prefer to wait for the item you ordered. I stand by our product and our service and also feel you were provided with the appropriate communication to make an informed decision as to your purchase. I can also confirm that this order is the only order you have placed with us and no other concerns were ever addressed prior to this order. Sincerely, Batten Home
