They shared they could provide a valuation, completed by an actual CFA at NO COST (no calculator spitting out a random figure). Onboarding was simple and seamless. 2 weeks later I was able to connect with Sam and we went over my results. We've made a plan for me to return every 6-months to get an update to ensure we're on the right track!

I ended up using a lawyer from their network who did a great job drawing up the contract. All in all the business sold very smoothly and I'm happy with the sale price. Their valuation was accurate. Dylan on the Baton team was very helpful the whole time and communicative, but not overbearing. He was very open to, and actively sought, feedback which is a good foundation for a successful business. Honestly guys, there is no obligation here only opportunities. You can get the free valuation and walk away. For me, I was so appreciative of the free valuation (saving me a couple thousand dollars) and to be connected with a quality lawyer. Of course I could've hired a different lawyer through my own means, but this lawyer did a great job at a fair price. I love Baton's business model, it's very refreshing.
