My advisor has been great. The initial valuation of my business has only gone down from when we began. Now I'm at ⅓ of the initial valuation and wishing I hadn't started the process.

I think your staff is amazing!! Wonderful team. I just don’t feel like I’m getting any interest and was hoping for more. When I signed, it seemed like it would be marketed very well and that they had over 400 matches to possible buyers. I’ve gotten 0. I did bring in one from a social media post I did. Just think your company may have oversold the potential interest and not feeling like it is worth the value unfortunately

Interesting platform. I like that it helps streamline the front end of the business buying process. It goes from reviewing a listing to signing an NDA to gaining access to the data room much faster and way easier. Love that it's one NDA for all businesses on the platform. After that, however, I'm less in love. If you have follow up questions or want to talk to the broker, it's still an automated process - that can take up to 7 days for a reply! In my experience, time kills all deals. I'd like the opportunity to chat with a broker way sooner than that.
