- You website has never worked. - The counter for actions required is always wrong. - There is no way to organize the list of interested parties and it's difficult to tell what follow up is actually required

Not a usable site.
Sign up was not smooth. Seemed to have infinite loop issues. Listings were marked as "Under contract"almost as soon as I filled up detailed form. Listings disappeared after I sent a message to the owner. Not sure what is happening behind the scenes. Poor user experience.

Hi Ashwini, sorry you had trouble with the sign up, you might have been inquiring on businesses that were close to going under contract. We did have a bug on sign up that was resolved quickly but you might have been caught in that loop.
