Dean, the sales/customer service rep communication skills were excellent. He followed up, was personable, professional and seemed to truly care about my satisfaction with the process. This was my first purchase with Bathroom Butler and the way I was treated it felt as if I was a reoccurring high volume purchaser. I was very impressed. The products, towel warmer and foot rest, are very high quality.

This was the heavy duty, beautifully constructed - and beautiful - product I hoped. And delivered extremely quickly.

I had great customer support from Dean before AND after the arrival of my order. Impressive packaging. The accessories for my outdoor shower (three double hooks, soap disk, two shower racks) look super.

I was slightly disappointed when I was told that my order couldn't be fulfilled as it was out of stock, even though it showed available on their web site. The good news is that Dean was very helpful and quick to respond and was able to offer me an alternative at a discounted price.

The installed Bathroom Butler 32" single towel bar is sturdy and attractive and of itself would merit a higher rating than is given here. The installation instructions for the 32" single towel bar, however, contain serious inaccuracies and ambiguities that call for a lower rating. They assert, for instance, that plugs should be inserted into wood studs before installation! Not so. Also, they assert that both mounts must be attached to a stud, but doing so is impossible because most installations will not have 32" on center between the actual mounts; quality dry-wall anchors should included for at least one mount. Also, the included two little circles to mark the screw holes contain so little adhesive that they do not stick to painted walls, so traditional marking is needed. Discovering these errors and compensating for them prolongs the time required to install the bar. The bar is quite difficult to install and more time-consuming than any bar I've ever installed. Now installed, the bar is quite satisfactory and sturdy. However, the errors in the enclosed installation instructions and the consequently challenging installation make it difficult for me to recommend this product unless the company carefully edits them. If they do so and so inform me, I will raise my rating.
