The item I selected did not fit my Costco toilet paper. Measurements should be posted of the arm width. When I called to return the item the person I spoke to said do you use Costco Toilet paper because it doesn’t accommodate that size roll. This info should be stated in the description. It cost me shipping and time. Very ☹️ unhappy.

Dear Jeanne, we are sorry to hear that about your dissatisfaction with the product. We are actually in the process of creating a paper holder specifically for the Kirkland brand of toilet paper. We will notify when it is ready and in stock, and will be happy to send it to you and no additional charge. We do have a 30-day return policy but we do understand the inconvenience that this may have caused.

I had wanted to order the chrome heated towel rack, however, it was out of stock. I then picked the stainless steel finish. I’m very unhappy with it. It is dull and looks completely out of place. There was no visibility on when the chrome would be in stock again and since I needed to move ahead with my project, I settled for something less

The template was not even close to the right size, the rack was out of square and I had to fabricate a washer so that the leg that connects to the electrical connect didn’t wobble.

Dear Barry, Thank you for your feedback. We are very disappointed to hear about the issues you encountered during the installation. Please feel free to send us photos of the electrical leg. There should have been button-head machine screws in the parts pack to secure the electrical leg to the wall plate covering the electrical outlet. Regarding the template, if you still have it, please send us photos so we can identify any problems. We are committed to continuous improvement and rely on customer feedback to enhance our products and the overall customer experience. We understand that the current template includes information for all our models, which may be overwhelming. To address this, we have developed a more suitable solution that will be added to our products next month. This update will also resolve the issue of the towel rail being out of square. The reason the towel rail may be out of square is that we do not weld our units. This design choice allows our teams to fully service the units in the event of an element wire failure. When the unit is mounted to the wall using the template, it should be pulled straight if it becomes misaligned during shipping. In contrast, other manufacturers weld their units, which means that if the heating element fails outside of the warranty period, you have to dispose of the unit because it is not serviceable.
