Bathroom ButlerReviews of bathroombutler.com

The quality of the product is very good and stylish. The only bad thing I have to say is that the instructions weren't the best. I had to look at videos on the website to make sense of it.

Excellent service. Thank you.

Great customer service. Innovative and durable product installation hardware. Quality materials.

I ordered the Natural 5 20 inch towel warmer. The warmer is very well built and functions well. Our only issue is that the color did not match our existing hardware in the bathroom. We decided to return the warmer and received prompt service and quickly were refunded our payment. We were asked to send in photos of the unit to show it was in sellable condition and I appreciate that requirement - it seems very fair that if a person asks for their money back it should be sellable. I felt the staff were very knowledgable, honest, and punctual.

Quick response about my delivery was helpful.

These are the BEST bathroom hardware fixtures! Unlike 99% of stuff from big box stores, made in YOU KNOW WHERE, the mounting system is a rock solid cam/wedge that fits into the mounting plate and pulls down tight when tightening the screw. It "wedges" itself tight and flush to the mounting plate so it never slips off like those cheesy, tiny nipple screws like all the competition uses. Plus, if you run into trouble, like I did, they are JOHNY ON THE SPOT with customer service from a real live American human to talk to or text with.

Great towel bar, great packaging, timely delivery, good to go!

It was a great experience, thanks
