Well made unit. It takes FOREVER to dry/warm towels, as in: turn it on before bedtime and towels might be dry in the morning. If you want a warm towel after a shower you should plan ahead- an hour to warm an already dry towel. At 60 watts, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. The unit is quite sturdy and will likely last a long time. Mike

Beautiful once installed. A full template corresponding to the length of each towel bar would have greatly increased speed of installation. Measuring to determine the locations for the brackets was time consuming. It was also difficult to align the 2 parts that had to interlock to connect the bar to the wall bracket. In addition, all the stainless steel screw heads (both Phillips head and hex-drive) had a tendency to strip when turned. Had to drill slightly oversized holes prior to screwing into wood to prevent stripping. Used separately purchased E-Z Anchor Drywall & Stud Anchor #25216 for up to 5/8” drywall where wood was not present. This anchor claims to support 50 pounds, but I didn’t test this claim. The installed 3 44” & 1 26” bars support large wet towels well without wobbling when towels are hung or removed.

Installation was easy once you have the electrical piece figured out. Entire rack is beautiful and very sturdy. Two things that makes me give product 4 stars instead of 5 1. The electrical control is manual, no Bluetooth or WiFi to have it on a schedule 2. My towels get warm but only on the sections that touches the rails directly, I followed the recommendation on the website to fold twice but still can’t get warm towels

Shipping was fast and products were packed very well. Quality materials and wall the anchor design is remarkably strong and easy to install. Glad I spent more for Bathroom Butler versus box store because it screams "attention to details" upon arrival. Aesthetically, Brushed Stainless finish works well with other Brushed Nickle fixtures. 40" wide bar is unmatched in the industry. Like the old BB logo without the towels! Ha!

I found your website, searching for towel warmers. We had our first experience with towel warmers in Europe. I can't remember the name of the rep who answered the phone, but he was very informative and cordial. The delivery was very good.
