We are 2 busy physicians who were at our wits end. Ten months in and we were getting up 2-4 times at night with our baby girl, feeding and rocking her (we fell into this pattern when she was ill with COVID and then RSV and then there was teething 😩). She would often be up for 1-2 hours. She would be completely asleep and we would lie her down and she would start crying and we would start all over. We tried cry it out and other methods a few times, but just couldn’t stand not going to comfort her. Batelle changed our life. Within 8 days she was sleeping through the night with minimal comforting and by graduation she slept 7-7am and self soothed any wake up. The first few days were rough but knowing that I could respond to her cries in some way every time was very comforting and allowed us to press on. We feel like we have our lives and sanity back and she wakes up happy and well-rested. We truly cannot recommend Batelle enough.

Batelle has been the best investment we have made so far! From waking up 10-12 times a night, our 6.5 months old baby started sleeping through the night. He has become a pro at soothing himself to sleep and all this is because of the sleep school. They have provided us such a tight and amazing support and use a gentle approach that helps babies trust sleep. I would totally recommend Batelle to every parent out there. Worth it!

This program is incredible! Worked for my 2 year old who is no longer in a crib. By day 3 he has consistently asleep within 5-10 min. And it has stuck since. No more wake ups in the middle of the night. We just moved our 6 year old back into the room and it is still working (for both of them now!).

I was so scared to do sleep school because I had a traumatic experience when my new baby cried repeatedly, had an apnea spell, stopped breathing and ended up in the NICU for a week. After that whenever my baby would cry I had a fear that he would stop breathing. Even after a year whenever my baby would cry hard he’d end up throwing up (even just after 5 minutes) and Struggle to catch his breath as he recovered from the throw up. But I was sleep deprived and he was unhappy so we both needed a change. He was so used to Co sleeping and nursing to sleep all night that he didn’t eat enough solids during the day and would wake often at night because there wasn’t enough space for all 3 of us. I loved that Batelle had a foundation/Batelle Babies course so we could first work on night weaning which really set us up for success once we started Batelle School. It was hard going from nursing all night to rocking all night but it motivated me even more to get over my fear and start Batelle School because my back was killing me. I’m so glad I trusted Batelle and their gentle sleep training method! Their sleep guides were invaluable and helped me stay calm during the process. Although there was crying involved because change is hard, we were right there with my 13 month old, soothing, encouraging, and reassuring him that this new way to choose sleep is safe. He slept through the night even before Sleep School was over and I still can’t believe that just a little over a month now, I no longer need to rock him- for some days 2 hours!! He’s been waking up a little early nowadays because he’s going through a nap transition but I’m thankful that even after sleep school we have Batelle’s support team to help us until he’s 6 years old! And even though he’s waking 40 minutes earlier than usual, he sleeps through the night!! Thank you Batelle!

My almost 3 yr old was an excellent sleeper until about 4 mos ago. He would wake up every couple hours and scream if I wasn’t sleeping right next to him. I was exhausted and desperately needed help. Batelle provided excellent education in the form of videos along with 24-7 chat support and live daily video conferencing to work through any issues. I always felt like I had a lifeline and guidance when I needed it at bedtime and in the middle of the night if I needed it. Despite being set back by bad cold, we still finished the two week school with unbelievable success and could step outside his room to allow him to choose sleep on his own at bedtime, something we hadn’t done in many months. And wake ups are handled easily with what we learned in this program. Now that I’ve had several good nights of sleep, I can confidently say it was worth every penny for us.

We absolutely love Batelle and the people who work there!! We went through the program for my 2 yr old about 8 months ago. They helped me get her to stop breastfeeding and sleeping in her own bed. Which were our goals! Recently, I had to reach out because my daughter got sick and I started sleeping in her room until she got better. Now I’m stuck again but thankfully I was able to reach out to them for help! They immediately hopped on a call, gave us a plan, and provided us tools and resources for support! Never judgmental, so positive, and even remembered my daughters temperament from 8 months ago. I recommend Batelle to everyone and they have a referral link that your friends and family can get a hefty discount with!!! The support they give is beyond and it truly works as they are the most wonderful and supportive people. We cant thank them enough!! They are absolute angels.

This is a cheesy but genuine review of Batelle. If we saw even half the results we got, we'd spend $1,500 all over again. I cannot stress enough how tremendously grateful we are for Batelle!! Meghan, Ayla, Matt, Dani, Krista and Polly - THANK YOU! You all are an extraordinary and amazing group of people, and we COULD NOT have graduated without you! We had 16 months of long nights, little sleep and uncomfortable nights in the rocking chair. Tried everything. Purchased Batelle on a desperate whim. The team was present from Day 1. Their method was straight forward; it felt a little silly at times, but they could not have been more spot on. They coach and encourage you to stay consistent, help to navigate cries and needs. (Yes, it's okay that we needed help with that). Don't get me wrong, it's hard. It was incredibly frustrating and we wanted to throw in the towel several times. I broke down a few times, hopped on calls mad as hell and reminded the team this felt impossible. But it was really refreshing to hear them remind us that we know what's best for our baby and it's okay to modify and decide how Batelle works best for us. I always felt the B Team really had our best interests at heart, and then I received two handwritten cards in the mail 💓. Hands down THE BEST $1,500 dollars I've ever spent. My baby may not fall asleep in 5 minutes, but she can self soothe, choose sleep and our family functions so much better!

I absolutely cannot praise this company, program or team enough! They quite literally have changed our lives forever. My 17-month old son would not sleep unless he was in my bed and nursed to sleep 6-7 times per night. I was exhausted and in tears, but was unwilling to make him cry it out or neglect him in any way. That’s when I found Batelle who’s program was THE ONLY one that felt totally right with my mama intuition. It’s a logical, loving, safe approach that actually works and the team that holds your hand every step of the way is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. They are organized, kind, knowledgeable, dependable and they truly love you and your child. Our experience was better than I could have ever dreamed of and my son still sleeps comfortably through the night every night. I owe them my sanity and a lifetime of thanks.
