Amazing suppprt team and it’s very obvious that they are committed to your success! I came to Batelle with my 11.5 month old baby waking up between 3-6 times a night since he was born. I was going on 15 months of not sleeping through the night because I also did not sleep well the end of my pregnancy. Anyway, It was definitely a lot of work unraveling the pattern of breast-feeding him every time he woke up and adopting the Batelle model, but it definitely worked. It also supports a secure attachment. We had to get through some crying since we were changing his sleep patterns and it was difficult for me since he didn’t cry much in general. The deep bond between my baby and I is still there. Best of all, he now knows how to self soothe and he’s sleeping through the night, and I’m also sleeping through the night! We’re both happier and have more energy! Well worth the investment!

The method works! Our little one was in the middle of several changes all at once - new home, pre-school, new routine, potty training - that threw his nighttime sleep off and made it difficult for him to fall asleep without someone in the room. The Batelle method, daily encouragement and the 1:1 syncs really made the difference. Because of all the changes in his routine, we took a slower pace and wrapped up the program in about a month, with early results after just a week.

I didn’t know much about this company or program before starting, but it was hands down the best decision we’ve made as parents! We tried other popular sleep methods with no success, or didn’t feel comfortable with the degree of isolation they required. But the Batelle method not only worked, it’s built out of empathy and supporting your child. We cannot recommend this enough!

One of the hardest things I’ve had to do in my life is deal with the sleep problems we had with our 6-7 month old. Starting sleep school was scary but not so much when you have the whole Batelle team there for you. I didn’t only have information, a specific plan that worked for our family, consistency in their message but I also got , flexibility, expertise (not only in sleep but other areas related to this like feedings), knowledge, compassion and unconditional support. I felt like I could be honest with them and they would work with me to find a solution for our family. Thanks for the encouraging card we got when we were going through teething. This program and their experts weren’t only there for my child but also for the us the parents, encouraging and teaching me in different ways. Thank you for saving my sanity in this process.

I can’t thank Batelle enough for the incredible support and patience over the one month or so it took us to get our baby from not sleeping at all to sleeping all night for 12 hours! When we started this journey, we never ever thought we’d be here one day. Batelle has changed our lives for the better, hopefully, forever! The guys have been so incredibly supportive, patient and loving through the ups and downs of this entire journey. Our daughter is not only sleeping better but she’s eating better, she’s in a great mood, more engaged and curious! And most of all, my husband and I are sleeping through the night! Who would’ve thought!?!? So so grateful to everyone at Batelle that I’m able to start work knowing that I’ll be rested and our daughter will be rested too. I came to sleep school having had little sleep in the last 7 months. My daughter would wake every 1 to 2 hrs, if I was lucky 3 and would feed to sleep each time. I was losing weight, tired all the time, teary and sadly don't have any close by family for support. I then got covid and was exhausted. Sleep school dramatically changed all of that. Within 2 weeks my daughter was sleeping longer stretches and now regularly sleeps through the night. I needed extra support as emotionally I was drained and my daughter does take a little while longer then I'd like to choose sleep and the school gave me extra days of 24hr support to help so I could graduate full of confidence and know how. They team are so friendly, knowledgeable and have been such a significant part of my parenting journey. I'm so glad I have them going forward as my daughter grows and we start exploring cot naps.

Having real humans who’ve been through it at your side when your kid is going apeshit and won’t sleep is worth a hell of a lot more than they charge. The app makes it suuupppper easy and they’re responsive when you need it most. Cannot recommend strongly enough.

Before we signed up to the Batelle program, I was glued to these reviews - they provided a source of hope for me so I want to share our experience for other parents who may be finding themselves in the same situation. Our situation: our son was 5 months when we started Batelle Babies at the start of Oct 2022. Up to this point he had only slept for 3 consecutive hours at night once or twice. Ever since birth he was up every 45 min to 1 hour. When he was ~3 months old he stopped settling with my husband at night so I was doing nights solo. We ended up in a co-sleeping / feeding to sleep situation out of survival. I was beyond tired and not in a healthy mental state. We chose to move forward with the Batelle program because I desperately needed the support - we don’t live by any family and needed a guide - someone to be there to tell us what to do, if we were doing things right, and to help troubleshoot problems. Our experience: we had our kick-off call with Emily and, while I’m sure she talks to many families every day, she listened to our situation like we were her only client. She empathized, shared her experience, and gave us a few tips we could start working on ahead of the actual class kick-off (which we did do). During the first week of our class we had our doubts - how was this method going to work for our son who was up ~10 times per night?! I shared my concerns with Kim who jumped on a 1:1 call with us. She listened to our doubts and very confidently stepped us through the method and shared some additional videos / information that provided examples and additional clarity. We headed into the second week with confidence. By the end of the second week our son slept in his own sleep space and only had ~1 wake up outside of our scheduled dream feeds. We are now entering into the 5th week since we started the program and our son is falling asleep within 5 min of us setting him down. We have minimal crying at bed time and most nights have no wake ups outside of our scheduled dream feeds. Be prepared to put in the work! The hope of having better nights & (much needed) sleep helped us push through the hard nights of the program. We followed the Batelle program diligently and we were consistent in our application regardless if it was 9PM or 3AM. The team: I can not say enough positive things about the team - Kim and Lucie were there every step of the way helping to troubleshoot and being our biggest cheerleaders as we began to see positive change. The 1:1s were engaging and very much focused on our individual needs. It was a big differentiator compared to other programs. When we reached the end of the second week and had several successes under our belt you could honestly feel the warmth and happiness on Kim and Lucie’s face in celebrating our achievements.
