Brian was AWESOME! I went to the Bass Pro in Gurnee IL. I wanted to buy an ice shelter for my son for Christmas. I worked with Brian who is the Fishing Dept Manager and Geo. They only had the floor model left so Brian held the shelter for me and I picked it up on Tuesday the week before Christmas. When my son set it up on Christmas he realized it was the wrong one. I contacted Brian and he remembered me and by the time I was at the store that day he had everything sorted out and put together for me for a quick easy exchange. Brian went above and beyond to fix the error and Geo was also a huge help. I will definitely go back and see them when I need more ice fishing supplies for my son.

I just left the Bass Pro In Bolingbrook Illinois, and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. I had given up on this place due to prior experiences, it seems like they used to be about the customers but now it’s all about the money. No deals to be had, even at Black Friday. I can say after today, I will return to this location!! Gordon, the manager, is the reason I will spend my money at this store. He went out of his way to help, took time to interact with my kids and truly seemed like a good person, which is a rare find these days.

The experience at the Miami Bass Pro Shop located at 11551 NW 12 St was excellent a few days ago. I ordered an item through the Bass Pro Shop website, and the whole process was smooth. User friendly website and then three days later the item arrived at the store and I picked it up the same day. When I arrived at the store I scanned a QR code and waited a couple minutes until the representative called my name. In a matter of 30 minutes I was out the door. Excellent customer service! Very impressed with the overall experience. By the way the manager and Jay were very quick and professional.

I went to bass pro to get new blood pressure monitor. They did not have it. I was told to go somewhere else by the staff. I can see through the fake smiles and cheap talk. The fact of the matter is bass pro shops doesnt like fat people.
