I searched for a pistol online, and the website said the pistol was in stock. The website allowed me to put the item in my shopping cart. When I went to check-out, after entering my credit card information, the site said there was "insufficient stock" of the item. Why would their website allow me to put a product in the shopping card if it was out of stock? Terrible.

I am on the phone on hold right now. 21 mins. Placed an order, paid for 2 day shipping. Got an email saying congratulations your order is being processed, 4 hours later got another email saying my order is delayed 3 weeks. Company still has charged me for 2 day shipping, tried chat, not working, tried email, no answer, still on hold, 35 mins so far. I always thought more of bass pro shops, no more! 43 minutes on hold, but the customer service person was very professional and polite.

Given the pandemic, I can certainly understand slow shipments and I am sympathetic to that. However, I have several complaints about Bass Pro that have nothing to do with that. First of all, their website often shows me things that are in stock so I order them. Days or even weeks later I get a "we're sorry" email that my order has been cancelled. This has happened multiple times. Also, days or even weeks later I'll sometimes get a "we're sorry" email stating that my shipment has been delayed and asks me to reference the new shipment date - which isn't given! Multiple calls and emails to Bass Pro go unanswered so I can't even ask a real person what's going on. I buy a lot of ammo and reloading supplies. When Bass Pro shows something in stock, only to pull the rug out from under me later after I order it, I lose the chance to find it somewhere that actually DOES have it in stock. This has happened with almost every order I've place with Bass Pro. Interestingly, I quit buying from Cabela's a long time ago for the same reasons, then found out later that the two companies are affiliated. No surprise there! I've placed my last order with BP or Cabela's.

Like the pontoon dont like the 40 mercury have had it 3 months only cranked well the first few times then had to to jump even after going to larger battery now it wont crank at all and needs to go to shop

After using Amazon almost exclusively, I decided to order an item from Bass Pro. It had been awhile since I had to pay for shipping, so that was kind of annoying. but what really got me is that the item takes 10 days to be delivered. That’s just unacceptable. I’ll be going back to Amazon.

I bought the 7" triple shop from Basspro, I would not recommend it because; the power/transducer plugs are slide in, not screw in as with other models, text for coordinates is small and hard to read, the micro processor is very slow causing screen refresh to be slow at times, tides work in most locations, but not all, as in not working in SF Bay but working at Halfmoon Bay. Other than that it works OK. If I had it to do again I'd buy anything but the Hook2 or just buy another Humminbird which I have three of with no complaints.

I live Nebr. and have a cabelas store both directions from where I live. Would always stop when traveling to check out the bargain bin, and always bought something out in the store, can't have to much stuff ya know!! Now no bargin bin, the merchandise does not seem to be the quality that cabelas had, and prices are not that great. Have not stopped the last three times I went past a store. Thinking Scheels might be my new cabelas!!!!!

I'm a very unhappy customer. I went to your Independence MO store today arriving at 1035AM to purchase the SigP365 Bundle and after waiting an hour, I was told they were all sold out, and no rain checks available. I was told I should have been there earlier, and was also told that the line went all the way out the front door. Really??? A total waste of my time, and I feel as if I was cheated. Seems like a scam to get people in the store or something.
