Amazing Product and Company
Henry with the Customer Experience team was incredible working with me on a return. I loved the product, just overbought on quantity! He is patient, kind, and helpful ensuring a smooth return and refund experience. I am so excited to install my sconce lighting and will definitely purchase from Baskoraa again! The robe is so cute
The robe is so cute! I loooove the stripes and the hood! After I ordered it was taking awhile to ship and Baskoraa got back to me right away and followed up multiple times with shipping info.

Great little lamp
The lamp is small but mighty, adding a nice vintage touch to style the space. I put it on my piano next to my plants and art. I havent used it enough to have to replace the battery but I’m hoping that it is infrequently. When I ordered the first time it came damaged, but the customer service was amazing and I had it replaced fairly quickly with plenty of communication.
