I had some issues with the delivery but the Baskoraa customer service team was exceptional. They kept me updated on my parcel and provided excellent cudtomer service throughout

Thank you for taking the time to share this Beenish — it’s genuinely appreciated. In this case, the delivery issue was caused by an incomplete address on the order, which unfortunately created complications once the shipment entered the carrier network. That said, our team stayed closely involved throughout, working directly with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible. When one of the three parcels was confirmed lost in transit, we immediately arranged a replacement to ensure everything was completed properly. Situations like this aren’t always straightforward, but we take full ownership of the outcome regardless - so I’m really glad you felt supported throughout and that we were able to get everything resolved for you in the end. Thank you for your business. Warm regards, Joshua | Client Experience Manager

Customer service during the process was excellent. I had a question around US/UK plug compatibility which was answered instantly (albeit a couple of hours for time difference). I was updated on the delivery process promptly when I had questions on when I could expect the order, and Henry the customer service rep who helped me was extremely useful. I got the lamp installed onto my desk wall quickly and easily and I am delighted with the end result and the product on the whole!

Hi Nick, Really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a detailed review. I’m glad we could get your questions around the plug compatibility sorted quickly — those small details can make a big difference, especially with international orders. We always try to stay as responsive as possible, even across time zones, so it’s great to hear that came through. Also great to hear the installation went smoothly and that you’re happy with how the lamp turned out — that’s exactly what we want at the end of the process. If you ever need anything else down the line, whether it’s another piece or just advice on setup, feel free to reach out anytime.

Henry is a star! So kind and communicative. There was a slight hiccup with shipping, but Henry kept me posted every step of the way. The lamps are gorgeous and worth the wait!

I received my lamp which sadly wasn’t quite what I was expecting in terms of design or weight in the actual base. I contacted Baskoraa and explained my situation and was so impressed with their customer service. They emailed straight back and explained my options of sending it back, getting a credit note or a full refund. Their after sales service was absolutely exemplary and I would not hesitate in recommending them as a company who are such a pleasure to have dealings with. Thank you for restoring my faith in after sales service.
