Hi Kathy, Thank you for taking the time to share this. We're sorry the delivery took longer than expected and was disrupted in transit — that's never the experience we want — but we're really glad Henry was able to step in and put things right quickly. We'll be sure to pass your kind words on to him; they'll mean a lot. We'd love to work with you again, and look forward to making the next experience a smooth one from start to finish. Warm regards, The Baskoraa Team

Hi Joan, Thank you so much for this wonderful review. Coming from someone who works with so many furnishing and accessory suppliers, your words mean a great deal — and you've put your finger on exactly what we strive for: keeping clients genuinely informed, especially when something doesn't go perfectly to plan. We completely agree that Henry is one of a kind, and we'll make sure he hears your kind words. We'd be delighted to support you and your model home projects again, and we look forward to working with you in the future. Warm regards, The Baskoraa Team

Thank you so much, Inés. Reading this genuinely made us smile. We know how stressful project timelines can be, especially within interior design where timing matters just as much as the final result, so we’re really happy we could help get everything there when you needed it. We’re also delighted to hear you’re happy with the quality of the knobs. Small details often end up making the biggest difference in a space. Thank you again for trusting us with your Marbella project and we’d love to work with you again on future projects.

Thank you so much, Elle. We’re really happy to hear both the robe and the overall experience lived up to expectations. I know delays can be frustrating, so we genuinely appreciate your patience while we worked through the shipping issue and got everything sorted. Enjoy the robe and thank you again for taking the time to leave such kind words.
