Spectacular!!
1 - we love the lights and the communication has been stellar. 2 - We had a 2nd order and it was stalled for two weeks in the shipping process; Joshua was very helpful and tracked down what may have been occurring and communicated every single day until we had our order. Kudos to this company for such great service.

Top-Notch
We ordered cabinet hardware from Baskoraa, and they are absolutely stunning. The quality is top‑notch and even more beautiful in person. But what really sets this company apart is their customer service. After installation, one of the handles unexpectedly broke. I reached out to their customer service team, and they replaced it immediately with no hassle at all. When the replacement arrived, the color and bracket alignment didn’t match the original. I contacted them again, and they responded quickly, asked for photos to review with quality control, and sent out another replacement right away. They followed up multiple times to make sure everything was resolved, and their communication was consistently fast and helpful. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their products like this. I will absolutely order from them again in the future.

Lamp Delay Resolution
My lamp was initiatlly delayed by the shipper and I ended up waiting almost a month. However, upon reaching out to Baskoraa support, Joshua gave me a prompt response and within 72 hours a replacment was in route to me. Fantastic and prompt service left me impressed, especially with the profesionalism of handling an issue caused by someone else in the supply chain.

Joshua, the client care manager, was a delight to correspond with via email. He helped me by providing all my options with as much detail as possible so I could make an informed decision about my case. Very pleased with their correspondence and professionalism. As they are a small business, wait time to hear back are a bit longer than my preference, but the care in which they answered my questions makes it all worth the wait!

Great mini dehumidifier!
Wow! I have ordered 3, yes 3 mini dehumidifiers. I started with one and loved it, decided to second, and then a a third. This little humidifier works well for 1 room. And - it is so quiet as well as easy to use. Plug in, turn on and you are set. One last thing, customer communication is AMAZING! I would not hesitate to order another dehumidifier if needed.
