- Venden productos que supuestamente valían, por ejemplo, 80€ a 25€ pero en realidad nunca costaron lo primero. - A veces bajan ese producto de 25€ a 8€, por ejemplo, para que suba su popularidad y luego cancelan los envíos a todo el mundo alegando falta de stock o un error en el precio. - La atención al cliente es inexistente, te van dando largas y como mucho te dan cupones de descuento que dan risa. - De los productos no puedo decir nada negativo por ahora, ya que tengo unos auriculares inalámbricos que funcionan de maravilla y la batería les dura mucho.

Produkte leider durch die Bank grottenschlecht zu nennen. Ohrhörer mit derart vielen Macken behaftet dass sich besser das produzieren gespart worden wäre. Wer also bspw. mit den MA10 liebäugeln sollte….bloss Finger weg!

Edit: After the initial complaint i could solve with the company. I got some durability problems on the model M2s, but my second M10 PRO is doing quite ok, did´nt had any problems till now, and it has been 5 months I don't recommend this to anyone. The headphones have good sound quality but terrible durability. I've bought 6 headphones from Baseus already, and none lasted more than 4 months. The last two were especially worse: one didn't arrive, and the brand simply stole my money without delivering the product, and the second one that did arrive lasted exactly 5 days before the right side burned out. Avoid them!

Recentemente ho acquistato un powerbank Baseus su Amazon, e purtroppo l'intera esperienza è stata estremamente deludente. Non solo il prodotto era difettoso al momento dell'arrivo, ma anche l'assistenza clienti fornita dal venditore è stata pessima. Dopo aver segnalato il problema con il powerbank, mi è stato inizialmente offerto un rimborso o una sostituzione. Tuttavia, la comunicazione da parte del venditore è stata sporadica e non responsiva, con significativi ritardi nei tempi di risposta. In due occasioni, ho dovuto fare un follow-up dopo aver atteso diversi giorni senza alcun aggiornamento. Inoltre, la gestione dell'ordine di sostituzione è stata scoraggiante. Sembra che il venditore abbia intenzionalmente ritardato il processo, come dimostrato da un numero di tracciamento inaccurato e successive notifiche di possibili ritardi. Questo mi ha lasciato con la sensazione di essere stato ingannato e sottovalutato come cliente. Come cliente fedele che ha acquistato diversi prodotti Baseus in passato, inclusa la Baseus desk lamp pro e un powerbank da 65W per PC, mi aspettavo un servizio migliore e maggiore responsabilità dal venditore. Dopo due settimane che il venditore Baseus propose il rimborso, ancora lo sto aspettando. In generale, non posso raccomandare né il prodotto Baseus né il venditore su Amazon basandomi sulla mia recente esperienza. È spiacevole che quello che doveva essere un semplice acquisto si sia trasformato in un'esperienza frustrante. Acquirenti, state attenti.

I bought a Baseus A3 vacuum from AliExpress, which keeps turning on and off, after the first minutes of usage. I contacted AliExpress and Baseus customer support, with videos and photos. Baseus didn't take any responsibility for their faulty product, although, with a quick web search, many people face problems with this particular product. I will not buy again any Baseus products in the future!

Warning Don't buy from this Company. The company isselling through AliExpress. I have bought a rather expensive Baseus Super Energy Max Car Jump Starter. I have used it once to start a Car and twice to charge my Phone. That's it! Now it doesn't work any longer. It can't be charged. There is 24 month warranty. But Baseus now tells me that they only replaces an item witin the first month. They won't pay for shipping for a repair. Wich is a violation of consumer rules in Europe. Latest they have asked me to commit fraud with return shipping, to get cheaper shipment.
