Baseline offers human customer support…
Baseline offers human customer support to those who encounter challenges with new software. They work to solve problems not shuffle them to chat boxes that are a negative circular process with successful outcomes. Human intervention to resolving issues is much less time consuming and frustrating. Instead it produces positive outcomes and greater success.
