Noir was very patient and understanding and accommodating of what my need was, he followed through with my ask and with the overall help with my situation.

I am new to baseline and was a little apprehensive at first to use it. It has helped me so much.. if you ever have questions or need help, they are there and they respond. Their website is very friendly and easy to use as well. They are also very thorough.
