I did lots of searching for an Arrow mortise lock. Being unfamiliar with the lock market it was reassuring to find a website that looked professional and was filled with detailed information. Barzel Lock had the best price, shipping was very fast, and they even reached out to me to check the handing of the door so that the lock could be configured correctly before shipping. Everything was awesome.

Talking to Barzel Lock was easy. They confirmed the parts I ordered, called to follow up on any unclear information, and I received my order in the time that I needed it. All good!

I highly recommend BarzelLock.com. Professional and care about their customers. If there are any glitches, they will go beyond the call to guarantee customer satisfaction. I am going to take all my hardware business their way. Thanks.
