BarzelLock.comReviews of barzellock.com

Parts were delivered on time as promised. They took the extra step to ensure I was ordering the correct parts for the lockset I was using.

Easy to shop. Buying for a government agency, not having to worry about tax exemption is great. Fast shipping.

the product that I ordered arrived in a timely manner

Henery is very knowledgeable, and very helpful.

The website is hard to deal with. I can never login or change my password. You have to get done quick because once the site times out you will never get it to come up again on any browzer. The products have not been updated and are sometimes phased out. These items should have been removed.

No issues with the process, however I do have an issue with the part that I purchased. I will be contacting the company today to resolve. That will be the real test.

Quality hardware with fast shipping/delivery

Very helpful and knowledgeable with all products they Carrie. This is my go to for all my lock hardware needs.
