BarzelLock.comReviews of barzellock.com

Nice product and reasonable shipping time. My only suggestion is to please consider including the tracking info when you notify customers that their item has shipped.

Customer service was excellent: advised on technical questions, efficient, polite and most of all kept us updated on the entire process. Merchandise received promptly and very satisfied.

Exact product was received as described, and very quickly. Thank you

I ordered 9 Dexter locks. Despite the pandemic the customer service was great. Henry helped me select the lock I needed and had them keyed to an existing key. Package arrived on time and they followed-up to check. Great customer experience and great pricing. Barzel Lock is Highly recommended!

I had a question about one of their products so I called and spoke with them. They had to research the issue a little and said they would call back. Thinking I would not hear back they did call and within a few minutes resolving the issue. The product arrived in a couple of days. Very satisfied with it and their service.

I bought two Bommer 7314-626 hinges on 4/20 and we received them on 4/23! We order these hinges pretty often for jobs our company has and I've had to wait 3 weeks in the past from other companies (or they would be out of stock all together). I will definitely be ordering from BarzelLock in the future!

I received my order quickly and it was exactly as I described.

Good product and customer service. I would recommend to my facility maintenance peers...
