Great service...great communication. Will be using again. A++

Friendly helpful & Fast

Great customer service and excellent pricing. Parts shipped immediately and we received them earlier than what we were promised.

I had ordered a six pin deadbolt and when it came in with a five pin key, I was very concerned. I called and spoke with Chiam, who was super helpful reassured me that it was, in fact, drilled for 6, and to just let the locksmith know that when I take the deadbolt to be rekeyed. Sure enough everything worked great! Thanks Chiam! To whom it may concern, that detail may be helpful to others, and could be added to your website descriptions. Thanks again.

Great service - called me just to make sure the part I ordered was correct before shipping. Really helpful and friendly.

These guys were great to work with. Highly recommend.

They were very helpful over the phone with my questions. I placed my order on-line and my order was filled accurately and quickly. This is my second order from Barzel and I will continue to use them for any of my lock needs.

Barzellock.com had a hard to find BEA product at a great price and delivered it quickly.
