BarzelLock.comReviews of barzellock.com

Barzel Locks is my go to for anything lock related! Great customer service & quick shipping times. Highly recommend!

Customer service wasn’t great during the warranty process. They seemed capable of helping but avoided taking responsibility whenever possible. Additionally, discontinued items are still listed as available for purchase online for some reason

Transaction smooth, pricing great and delivery right on time.

They had what I needed and got it to me quickly.

Henry is always helpful and quick to respond. They will even call back sometimes to confirm correct application so you get the right parts.

I always get my order on time and the service is great!

Answered my email request quickly, they had the lock & quantity in stock & got it out the same day.

Very accommodating and professional. Great place to get any door related equipment. Highly recommend.
