BarzelLock.comReviews of barzellock.com

This was my first time to order from BarzelLock and it won't be my last. When I called they were extremely knowledgable and patient. We are a commercial general contractor (Daviddbaker.com) located in Houston Texas. Is was less expensive to order online from a company located in New York City than it was to purchase locally. After I made my order I received an emsil shortly thereafter letting me know my order had been filled and was ready to ship. Shipping time was quick. We received all our order as was ordered. Communication with this company is truly professional. We feel as if we have added an asset to our subcontractor base with BarzelLock and will continue to do business with them in the future.

we had an issue with missing hardware from the first shipment, Henry was very responsive and sent a replacement very quickly

Knowledgeable, prompt, and accommodating service. I would not hesitate to be a return customer. Highly recommended!

Great product, helps get the right parts if needed. Thankful

Couldn’t have been more helpful which is out of the ordinary for businesses with an online presence.
