Very responsive. After I placed the order the manufacturer direct shipped the wrong product but BarzelLock stepped up and had the proper product shipped. with little delay. That product was just as described and a good value! Great customer service!

The ordering process was easy and quick. The items arrived on time and where well packaged to protect them from postal damage.

Customer service was fantastic! Communication was also fantastic!

Great service

Very good locks.

I purchased two items from Barzel Lock that were supposed to work as a substitute for my original defective parts. They did not work and although it was no fault of Barzel Lock they took them back and issued a full refund. They also called me and went out of their way to try and help me get them to work. This is unusual in this day and age. I am an apartment building owner and I hope to give them my business again very soon. Great customer service. Thank you, Chuck Crotty.

Got what I needed in a fast time frame. Good business.
